Resilience

Resilience is the ability to adapt to and recover from difficult or adverse circumstances. It is the ability to bounce back from challenges, setbacks, and failures, and to be able to withstand or rebound from hardships and adversity. Resilience includes the ability to cope with and adapt to negative or stressful events and situations, the ability to persist despite opposition or discouragement, and the ability to remain positive and optimistic in the face of uncertainty or difficulty.
